Take a tin of mushy peas & add half a cup of water ( depending on how thick you want it)
Add to a saucepan. While the peas are simmering add a teaspoon of tomato puree, fresh parsley, cayenne pepper & salt and pepper.
You can add a meat of your choice, here I used a few small cubes of chorizo sausage. This dish takes less than 4 minutes to make and is simply delicious!
